Jordan Williams drummer with My Own Riot
I have done many recordings with Mark and he is professional and thorough and also a fantastic musician with years of experience which to me is invaluable in a recording studio. The final outcome was polished and mark's expertise were a major factor in that. If your going to record then this is the place to go!!

"My band had a fabulous time recording our demo album. The atmosphere was chilled and relaxed with spot on attention to detail. Mark got our music onto BBC Radio Wales and the band had a live broadcast on the Alan Thompson show. I have recorded in red and black studios with mark four times now and I think that says it all. I've been to many studios recording with my band over the years and never had such a relaxed and more musical experience. Mark who has a great ear and is a brilliant musician in his own right. Their prices are brilliant too, plus Mark always goes above and beyond the money you pay and that's whether your just a beginner solo artist to full bands, choirs or brass bands. Free tea and coffee which is cool too, just buy your own milk lol. If you've got songs you've written or covers you need to get down to play to pubs to get gigs or just want to enjoy recording your music get to red and black studios. I'll be back soon Mark. Thanks for everything and making me feel relaxed cheers."

KILLING T!ME
This local punk band recorded a demo CD in 2014. The band comprised Sam James on bass guitar and backing vocals, Jack Williams on electronic drums and Richard Rapado on guitar and lead vocals. Sam says "I recorded here with a punk rock band and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Finding the venue couldn't be easier, nice gentle ramp to help load equipment in, then the room is fully air conditioned and sound proofed. Mark is a fab guy no job/request too small and makes the whole experience a lot of fun. The finished product is second to none. Highly recommend this as the place to go if your going to record regardless of style of music."
